- Late orders received after 9 OCTOBER 2026, will incur a 30% surcharge.
- On-site orders may not be fulfilled and, if they are, will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
- GST is not applicable for foreign-based exhibitors.
- Orders are only considered valid when accompanied by full payment. A confirmation of your order will be sent to the email provided for payment methods.
- Please note that any withholding and government taxes shall be borne by the Exhibitor or Exhibitor appointed contractor. Invoices will be subject to a bank charge of S$35.00.
- Amount paid is non-refundable for cancellation received after 9 October 2026.
- All designs and dimensions of banners and suspended structures must be submitted within one (1) week after the deadline for approval.
- All banners, balloons and suspended structures must be confined within the contracted space.
- All banners and suspended structures must be certified by Professional Engineer (P.E.) Endorsement. Please note that the costs stated below do not include the Professional Engineer (P.E.) Endorsement fee. To request a quotation for P.E. endorsement, please contact sff2026@kingsmen-int.com
- Only the Official Stand Contractor, Pico Art International Pte Ltd and Kingsmen Exhibits Pte Ltd are allowed to carry out the installation and dismantling of banners or suspended structures in the Venue.
