- Only the Official Contractor is authorised to carry out electrical works from the main power supply within the exhibition hall.
- To ensure accurate installation, please submit your electrical layout plan, clearly indicating the locations of all electrical requirements to enable installation at the specific locations required.
- Please ensure that all light fixtures are positioned on the wall or fascia unless your booth includes an internal structure suitable for mounting.
- If the electrical layout plan is not submitted before the deadline, the Official Contractor reserves the right to determine the placement of electrical items.
- Additional charges will apply for any re-location requests.
